How do I update my profile on My Vedic Books ?

 
It is easy to update your My Vedic Books account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'. The 'My Account' tab provides you the access to see all your transaction details.

 

Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers and email ids

Is it mandatory to create an account to place orders?

 
No, it is not mandatory to create account on the store you can purchase the books as a guest. But as a registered member you are entitled to some additional privileges which is not available to a guest.


As a guest you will not be able to place/cancel or return request and as a registered member 
the profile captures your name, e-mail id, contact number, delivery and shipping address it allows us better service your request.


All your personal information would be stored and maintained with utmost confidentially as per our Privacy policy.

 

Does Himalayan Enterprises offers any discount?

 
We offer discounts on individual titles and giving value to our customer is one of our key objective. We always ensure the best of discount to our customer as is possible. Offers & discounts are subject to change and it’s is valid as per the terms and conditions.

 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

 
You will receive an email with the details of your order when your order is placed and the payment authorization is successful.


In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID and also listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. You will also be notified when we ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

 

Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’ ?

 
Unfortunately, this option is not available. We always try to update our stock of professional books in our store in case you need the same item you can “Notify us “by writing an email on sales@myvedicbooks.com.

 

Does the price in your store remain the same?

 
We always strive to delight you with offers, discounts, and promotional codes time to time. It depends upon the product and also the period.

 

What is a promo-code?

 
A promo code is a discount voucher, which will provide a discount on the shopping cart while shopping Online. You will receive these kinds of codes time to time directly to your registered mail id as a part of promotional campaign.

 

How can I know the product availability?

 
You can check the availability of the books on our store from the suggested icons “Available” Meaning of the Following icons

 

'Available'

The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

 

'Preorder' 

 Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 10 to 12 business days. 

 

'Out of Stock'

 Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.
